At the “Edirnekapı–Ayvansaray Trip” organized by the Tarih ve Arkeoloji Kulübü on 03.05.2026, our students had the opportunity to observe Istanbul’s historical texture on site.
In this field trip and culture-focused program, participants examined Byzantine and Ottoman-era structures along the Edirnekapı–Ayvansaray route, exploring Istanbul’s multi-layered history. They also discussed the archaeological and cultural significance of the area, and at the end of the event, attention was drawn to the importance of preserving historical sites and experiential learning.
