On November 6, 2025, the Department of Arts, Culture and Sports welcomed students interested in the art of beautiful writing through its Calligraphy Course event. As one of the most elegant branches of the Art Courses program, calligraphy taught participants the subtleties of developing an aesthetic handwriting style and turning writing into a work of art.
During the event, the historical roots of calligraphy, various writing styles, and the special tools used in the art were introduced. Participants learned the fundamental principles of calligraphy through hands-on practice—from correct pen-holding techniques to controlling ink flow. Thanks to this course, students not only learned to write beautifully, but also experienced giving letters spirit and aesthetic value, adding an artistic dimension to their personal development.
