The e-SKS portal developed by our university has been launched.
Through this portal, student clubs can plan and manage their activities in a digital environment, while students can automatically record the club activities they participate in onto their social transcripts by scanning a QR code.
Key Features of the e-SKS Portal:
- Student Club Event Calendar: İHÜ members can access information about student club events through the platform.
- Club Membership Management: Students can manage their club memberships digitally via the platform.
- Event Participation Tracking and Social Transcript Integration: Students can automatically record their participation in club events on their social transcripts by scanning a QR code.
- Club Event Process Management: Student club managers can plan their events through the e-SKS platform and submit operational requests (e.g., purchases, venue reservations, transportation requests, etc.).
- Digital Approval Process for Club Advisors: Club advisors can digitally approve events organized by the clubs they are affiliated with.
INFORMATION
- Information on Participation in Club Activities: In order for IHU students' participation in club activities to be reflected in the social transcript, the QR codes specially created by the system at the entrance and exit of the event must be scanned via the corporate IHU account (e-mail with stu extension). You can learn the QR code information of the events from the club official or find it at the hall entrances before the event.
- Club Membership Request: IHU Students are required to go to the club page on the e-SKS portal and click on the ‘Become a Member’ button for club membership procedures.
- Club Board of Directors Title Information: The entries of the membership titles (Club President, Vice President, Treasurer...) of students who officially serve on the boards of directors of student clubs are made by SKS club mentors. The competences of individuals who have not served at least 2 active terms or who have served on the boards of directors temporarily are not added to the social transcript.
