IHU Morning Gatherings: Taksim Mosque

Within this program carried out with our students, we examined one of the modern architectural works in the heart of Istanbul during the visit to Taksim Mosque as part of the IHU Morning Gatherings; we strengthened our cultural and social bonds by coming together in a spiritual atmosphere where we also performed the morning prayer together.

The Directorate of Culture, Arts, and Sports organized the “IHU Morning Gatherings - Taksim Mosque” event on 17.05.2026, exploring one of the modern architectural landmarks in the heart of Istanbul, aiming to strengthen the cultural and social bonds of students who gathered in a spiritual atmosphere. Within the scope of the program, our students made a spiritual start to the day by performing the morning prayer (fajr) together at Taksim Mosque.
