The 1st Sociology Days Student Research Symposium, organized in cooperation with the Sociology Department and Societal Research and Thought Club, was held at the Ibn Haldun University Complex on May 20-21-22.
The symposium, in which our undergraduate and graduate students who have studies on that subject, as well as participants from 16 different cities and universities presented their papers, was organized with the theme of "Social Transformation in Contemporary World: Time, Pace and Space".
Film screenings and social activities were also organized within the scope of the symposium, in which 12 simultaneous sessions were held on many different sub-themes, from migration and belonging to women and youth studies, from digitalization to media and cinema, and young researchers presented their papers.
