The “A Blessed Beginning: The First Tarawih Prayer in Suleymaniye” program, organized by the Islamic Civilization Club, was held on Tuesday, February 18, 2026, at 8:00 PM in Suleymaniye Mosque with a large turnout. Approximately 95 students participated in the program, which aimed to provide a spiritual start to the month of Ramadan. The first Tarawih prayer, performed in Suleymaniye Mosque, a significant symbol of Islamic civilization with its historical and spiritual atmosphere, offered participants the opportunity to experience unity, peace, and blessings together. Throughout the program, students shared the spirit of Ramadan and experienced the spiritual power of performing worship collectively. This meaningful event, organized by the Islamic Civilization Club, aimed to increase students' spiritual awareness and enable them to make a conscious and enthusiastic start to Ramadan; it also served as an activity strengthening the culture of shared worship and communal experience in off-campus settings.
