The Arrow-Making Workshop, organized by the Archery and Equestrian Club on Monday, April 21, 2025, offered students a hands-on opportunity to engage directly with traditional craftsmanship by creating their own arrows. The event aimed to provide participants not only with theoretical knowledge but also a practical experience grounded in manual skill.
During the workshop, the fundamental stages of arrow-making were explained step by step using various materials. Under the guidance of an instructor, students learned about important technical aspects such as balance, measurements, material selection, and safety. This process, requiring dexterity and patience, allowed participants to become part of a traditional artisan craft by making their own arrows.
One of the most memorable aspects of the event was that the arrows made were gifted to the participants. Each student left the workshop with their personally crafted arrow, carrying a lasting and meaningful souvenir from the experience.
