On 5 November 2025, the Ibn Haldun University Cinema Club gathered with students on campus for a screening of “Brother’s Keeper (Okul Tıraşı)”. As one of the most notable and award-winning recent works of Turkish cinema, the film brought students together in an enjoyable atmosphere where they shared an appreciation for the art of filmmaking.
After the screening, a brief discussion was held on the film’s themes, narrative structure, and underlying messages. Contributing both to students’ social engagement and their cultural enrichment, the event provided a meaningful opportunity for cinema enthusiasts to connect on common ground.
