Cappadocia Trip
During the Cappadocia trip organized by the Travel Club, students had the opportunity to experience nature, history, and culture all at once.

Organized by the Travel Club between April 18–21, 2025, the Cappadocia Trip offered participants an unforgettable experience blending culture and nature. Held in one of Turkey’s most unique regions, the trip combined the exploration of stunning landscapes with region-specific cultural activities.

The journey began on the evening of Friday, April 18, with departure from the university campus. On the first night, participants stayed in a traditional stone hotel, immersing themselves in the authentic atmosphere of Cappadocia. The next morning started with watching the spectacular sunrise balloon show, followed by a full day of exploring the area’s historical and natural wonders.

One of the most thrilling moments of the trip was the ATV tour through Cappadocia’s valleys, offering students both an adrenaline-filled ride and breathtaking scenery. Guided tours were conducted at key sites such as Göreme Ancient City, the Fairy Chimneys, and various historical landmarks.

Participants also took part in a pottery-making workshop, creating their own pieces and engaging directly with Cappadocia’s cultural heritage. This hands-on experience added both an educational and artistic dimension to the trip.
