The Department of Arts, Culture, and Sports organized an unforgettable trip to the historic Hagia Sophia Mosque on October 19, 2025, as part of the IHÜ Morning Meetings, with the aim of supporting students' cultural and spiritual development. Taking place in the early hours of the morning, this meaningful event allowed students to participate in the collective prayer and experience the unique spiritual atmosphere of Hagia Sophia. The trip offered students the opportunity to closely explore one of Istanbul's most important historical and cultural heritage sites.
After the visit, a short conversation and breakfast offering provided a chance for strong social interaction among the students. The Department of Arts, Culture, and Sports aims to enhance students' university life through such cultural trips, strengthening their historical awareness and social bonds. The Hagia Sophia trip proved to be both a spiritually and culturally enriching experience for the participants.
