Islamic Civilization Club and Psychology Club, held a seminar titled "Inner Journey of Human" on Monday, 24 October, where Ms. Ebrar Çıtraz was hosted.
Speaker Ebrar Çıtraz talked about the evolutionary journey of Mevlânâ Celaleddin Rumi, that is about the spiritual transformation and progress of the human soul. He talked about the three different stages that Mevlânâ went through in his journey of heart to reach Muhabbetullah, which means the divine love for the creator. Ebrar Çıtraz stated that at the end of these three steps, known as "I was raw, cooked, and then burned", the aim was to train the soul and meet Allah.
Çıtraz stated that our inner journey begins from the moment we are born and we seek resources to improve our minds and hearts by trying to make sense of what is happening around us. She defined a person at this stage, who has not yet reached the age of maturity, as “A raw person who prepares his food to find the right food and sets out on the road is a person who takes hard struggles in the hope of being cooked”. Çıtraz, who mentioned that the second phase, "I'm cooked", symbolizes the state of contemplation of the human being; She said that the full mind is looking for a place to infuse to find silence. Shee stated that the person at this stage is a "Right" lover who takes the most difficult part of the road to find true love. Finally, Ebrar Çıtraz, who emphasized that the person in the "burned" phase has left behind a tough struggle and no longer looks at anything as before, said, "They suffered on the path of knowledge and their hearts began to beat for only one being. They now have a wise look, smile and sadness.” used the phrases.
The program, which attracted attention from our students, ended with the presentation of a gift to our guest.
