Ibn Haldun University Travel Club held its first event this year with a trip to Kartepe.
Havva Dağtaş, a member of the Travel Club, stated that the trip to Kartepe, which was made with a group of approximately 40 students from the undergraduate, graduate and Turkish Teaching Application and Research Center of our university, was very enjoyable.
“After the 2-hour journey accompanied by music and conversation, we had our breakfast in a decent place with a sea view, on a table that flowing with milk and honey, so to speak. When we arrived in Kartepe, we all got on the telpher and then, in the free time, our friends skied with sledge or ski equipment. After the free time, we had our dinner at a restaurant famous for its trout and chatted while drinking tea in the garden. Our trip to Kartepe, where we received positive feedback from everyone who participated, was generally good.”
