The Social Responsibility Club brought together our university students in a meaningful act of kindness with a Kızılay Blood Donation event held on December 9, 2025. The main goal of the event was to encourage students to act with a sense of social responsibility while simultaneously contributing to the blood stocks that the Kızılay regularly needs.
As part of the program, students not only performed an act of kindness in the moment by voluntarily donating blood, but also supported the creation of safe blood stocks for use in emergencies. Participants, informed by health teams, had the opportunity to see firsthand the vital importance of blood donation on human life.
The event raised awareness within the university community and significantly contributed to strengthening the culture of solidarity. The Social Responsibility Club stated that it will continue to raise awareness both on campus and in the wider community through such organizations, and successfully completed the event.
