Nextop Summit: Taking a Step Towards the Future (UNIDES)

The NEXTSTEP Summit, organized by IHU Career Club and ÜNİDES, empowered students through expert sessions on AI and leadership, concluding with a hands-on case competition to bridge theory and professional practice.

The Ibn Haldun University Career and Development Club, in collaboration with ÜNİDES, brought students together with the current dynamics of the business world through the NEXTSTEP Career and Development Summit. The event was designed with a focus on career and personal growth, offering participants a comprehensive learning experience.

The program featured three distinct sessions: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Avcı discussed the future of learning and lifelong development; Dr. Mehmet Akın Bulut explored career opportunities in the era of digital transformation, AI, and data; and Dr. Merve Şahin focused on crisis management and leadership in multinational environments. The summit concluded with an applied case competition, providing students the opportunity to put their theoretical knowledge into practice and enhancing both their academic and experiential development
