On November 2, 2025, the Department of Arts, Culture and Sports provided students with the opportunity to read and understand the texts that form the cultural heritage of our civilization through the Ottoman Turkish Course. Organized under the scope of Art Courses, this program drew particular interest from students curious about archival documents, old literature texts, and inscriptions.
During the event, the Ottoman Turkish alphabet, basic reading rules, and frequently used grammatical structures were covered in detail. Even beginners had the chance to practice by reading examples from original texts. Thanks to this course, students were able to take a closer look at their cultural history while also building an important foundation for their future academic studies.
