Ibn Haldun University has been awarded support for two significant projects within the scope of the University Student Clubs Cooperation and Support Program (ÜNİDES). Aiming to promote the personal, social, and academic development of university students, the program will support the projects of the Political Science Club and the Career and Development Club.
The “Ankara Experience” project, prepared by Ibn Haldun University’s Political Science Club, will span five weeks. As part of the project, selected students will visit key national institutions such as the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye (TBMM), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Turkish Maarif Foundation, and the Presidential Complex.
The project aims to reinforce theoretical knowledge in political science and international relations through practical experience. At the end of the program, a student workshop will be held, during which participants will share their experiences and engage in joint evaluations. This process seeks to enhance students’ awareness of public administration, diplomacy, and decision-making mechanisms.
The “NEXTSTEP Summit: New Generation Career and Development Program” by the Career and Development Club of Ibn Haldun University aims to foster a culture of lifelong learning among young people and to help them strengthen their personal and professional development by adapting to changing global conditions. The project consists of three main panels and a hands-on case study competition.
The panels will address key topics such as future competencies, entrepreneurship, innovation, and crisis management. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with experts in these fields and develop essential skills in career planning, leadership, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. The project aims to help young people discover their potential and prepare for the future more effectively through a sustainable development mindset.
We extend our congratulations to all club executives who contributed to these projects, especially our club advisors Dr. Fatma Halide Kıvrak and Research Assistant Mustafa Yıldırım.
