The Travel Club (Gezi Kulübü) made a delightful start to the new academic term with its Walk to Atatürk Arboretum event, held on Friday, September 12, 2025. Students gathered at the Arboretum, one of Istanbul's most exquisite natural areas, spending a day that was both full of discovery and highly relaxing among hundreds of different plant species. The event provided participants with an opportunity to escape the stress of city life and reconnect with nature, thereby contributing to the students' mental and physical relaxation.
Throughout the walk, students witnessed the seasonal beauties of the Arboretum, while also finding opportunities to socialize and form new friendships within the club. The Travel Club aims to enrich the social lives of students and raise environmental awareness through such cultural and natural discovery trips. The Atatürk Arboretum trip served as a wonderful start to the club's year-long adventures, reinforcing both nature appreciation and community spirit.
