Meta Summit event was held on Tuesday, May 7, in cooperation with the Career and Development Club and the Economy and Finance Club.
The event, held between 10.00 and 16.30, hosted five different sessions. This summit aimed to help our students gain knowledge in relevant fields and awareness of future trends.
In addition, students had the opportunity to meet personally with company managers, founders and industry representatives through the stands set up on the summit day. The event, where participants had the opportunity to interact and connect with industry representatives, was based on ensuring that each participant received the highest benefit.
This important event, which covered content such as Entrepreneurship, Marketing and New Generation Leadership, helped participants gain a perspective on the future of the sectors and be aware of the developments in the business world. Students were introduced to today's business world and guided to chart their own path.
Prof. Dr. The first session of the event, which started with the opening speech of Atilla Arkan, titled From 5 Planes to 6 Continents, was held by THY General Manager Bilal Ekşi.
The guest of the second session titled Global Economic Trends was International Markets Strategy and Business Development Director Şant Manukyan.
The third session, Entrepreneurship in All Dimensions: Hear from an Entrepreneur, was moderated by Ayşenur Aydın Gümrükçü, with presentations by Ömer Arıkan, Elif Özhuy and Yavuz Kuş.
Kuveyt Türk Treasury Marketing Manager Selman Bayoğlu met with the students in the fourth session titled Code of Secrets: Data Science and Artificial Intelligence in Marketing.
The fifth and last session was the session titled New Generation Leadership, held by Gürmen Group Board Member Yasemin Gür Solmaz.
At the event, which allowed students to gain knowledge in many fields, a raffle was held where various gifts were given and the program ended.
