The second event of the Campus Career Academy series, organized in cooperation with Başakşehir Municipality and the Career and Development Club, was held on 19 December 2022 at the Ibn Haldun University Student Center Event Hall.

In the second of the Campus Career Academy series, Ersin Çelik addressed the guests with the topics of Communication and Culture: Two Keys to the Future and Non-Communication in the Age of Communication. Starting his speech by talking about his career, Ersin Çelik talked about the obstacles he faced and how his different positions affect his career development.

Stating that one of the difficulties he faced was completing his university education late due to the coefficient application applied during the 28 February process, Çelik said, "I learned photoshop in the military, despite the system that did not make me a graduate of an imam hatip high school, and I entered the Real Life magazine as a graphic designer after the military." He talked about how he progressed in his career journey despite the problems he experienced in his education life.

Stating that the late completion of his university education did not affect his job in the field of journalism, Ersin Çelik said, "In our profession, this job is learned right beside one." He said that journalism is learned with practice and experiences gained in the field.

Ersin Çelik talked about the changes brought about by the new communication that emerged with the development of the internet by conveying the development of communication from the first person with a conversational air. Çelik said, “We will be both implementers and witnesses of the process of deactivation of human beings.” He drew attention to the consequences of the development of the internet.

The program ended with an enjoyable question-and-answer session.
