Ibn Haldun University's Department of Art, Culture, and Sports collaborated with the Young Office and Nature Sports Club to organize a canoe event. The event aimed to give our students a chance to unwind before their upcoming exams and enjoy the beautiful weather before winter sets in. On November 4, 2023, 33 students joined the event, which took place in the Golden Horn (Haliç).
Our event started at 9:00 in the morning. Our vehicles departed from Ibn Haldun Dormitories and reached the Golden Horn with the shuttle service provided by Başakşehir Municipality for our students. The hour-long event was filled with enjoyable and entertaining moments. We held an activity that allowed our students to feel active, have fun, and socialize with each other.
